When you send us an enquiry through the quote form on this website, we collect your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, the type of work you are asking about and anything you write in the message box.

If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us directly, we hold the contact details and the content of that conversation.

We do not collect payment details through this website.

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and carry out any work you ask us to quote for, and to keep our own records of jobs and customers.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, which means responding to an enquiry you have chosen to send us. Where we go on to do work for you, we also rely on performance of a contract, and on legal obligation for records we are required to keep, such as accounting records.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for marketing.

Our website enquiry form is delivered by Web3Forms, which processes your submission and sends it to us by email. Our email is hosted by our email provider, and this website is hosted by Lovable. Each of these providers processes your information on our behalf and only to provide us with their service.

Our forms use hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) to check that submissions come from a real person. hCaptcha may process your IP address and device information for this purpose under its own privacy policy (hcaptcha.com/privacy).

We may also share information where we are required to by law, or with our accountants and professional advisers where necessary.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not profile visitors.

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google in order to deliver those fonts.
